When Martín realized how happily and eagerly his almost 3-year-old son was eating those wings, he did not have to think twice about bringing the concept back home. Finding places that sold wings that way was rare in Mexico at the time.

That is how, on May 8th, 2005, the best brand of Mexican wings came to be. Wing’s Army got started in a small storefront at Avenida Patria #500, Zapopan, Jalisco.

Due to the company’s swift success, Wing’s Army opened its second restaurant only a year later, in July 2006, at the Unicenter open mall. The first “Franchises for sale” sign was put up. By the end of 2006, Wing’s Army already had 6 branches.

Thanks to the quick acceptance it received, Wing’s Army spread across Mexico as a franchise, becoming one of the most profitable business models in the country.

Wing’s Army won “Best Hot Traditional Wing Sauce” in Buffalo, New York, reaffirming the quality of our sauces internationally.

The brand took first place in the “Best Creative Spicy Wing Sauce” category in Buffalo, New York, underscoring its flavor innovations once again.

Wing’s Army took first place in the “Best BBQ Wing Sauce” category in Buffalo, New York. Additionally, the brand won two international prizes awarded by the International Taste Institute in Brussels for its tamarind and mango habanero wings.

Wing’s Army was named the best internationally-expanding franchise, showing its ability to take its concept beyond Mexican borders.

For the third year in a row, Wing’s Army was awarded the best franchise of the year and best food and drinks franchise prizes by the Mexican Franchise Association, asserting our leadership in the industry.
